SuckerPunch Pickle Roll-Ups



  • Large flour tortillas
  • Cream cheese bar (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • Deli ham slices
  • SuckerPunch Classic Dill Spears (or any other SuckerPunch spear flavor)


  • Finely-sliced green onions
  • Diced black olives


  1. Dry the spears between paper towels.
  2. Mix cream cheese with a 1/2 cup miracle whip (this makes it easier to spread). For additional flavor or color, add in desired amount of green onions and/or black olives into the cream cheese mix(optional).
  3. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mix on a flat tortilla (not too thin of an amount so the roll-up sticks together, but not too heavy either or it will not roll up easily).
  4. Add ham slices on top of the cream cheese mixture to cover it.
  5. Add two pickle spears with ends touching in a long row about two inches in from one side.
  6. Roll the tortilla around the pickles.
  7. Cut off the uneven ends and discard.
  8. Cut the rest of the tortilla into one inch strips and place on a serving plate.
